Founded in 2005, Torontohye has proudly served as a cornerstone of Toronto's vibrant Armenian community, bridging connections and fostering a sense of unity through its comprehensive coverage in both Armenian and English. With a monthly circulation of 3,000 copies, our newspaper reaches every corner of the Greater Toronto Area, extending its reach to Southern Ontario cities like Cambridge, Hamilton, and St. Catharines. It finds its home in Armenian centres, churches, schools, offices, businesses, and more.

Under the diligent stewardship of founding editor-in-chief Karin Saghdejian Deragopian until 2022, Torontohye flourished, becoming a beloved fixture within the community. Karin's passion and dedication were instrumental in promoting community initiatives, celebrating achievements, and upholding the unique cultural identity of Toronto Armenians.

In 2022, a pivotal editorial decision refocused our paper's mission towards exclusively original content, aiming to more accurately reflect and support Toronto Armenians' interests, concerns, and passions.
