Aram I, Prime Minister Mark Carney meet in Ottawa

TORONTOHYE–Yesterday in Ottawa, His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, met with Prime Minister Mark Carney, joined by representatives of the Armenian National Committee of Canada (ANCC).
In a statement, the ANCC said the discussion addressed Armenia's sovereignty, the right of return for the people of Artsakh, the protection of endangered Armenian cultural heritage, the release of Armenian hostages held in Baku, and peace in the Middle East.

«ԹՈՐՈՆԹՈՀԱՅ»–Երէկ Օթաուայի մէջ, Արամ Ա. վեհափառը հանդիպում մը ունեցաւ Գանատայի վարչապետ Մարկ Քարնիի հետ. հանդիպումին մասնակցեցան նաեւ Գանատայի հայ դատի յանձնախումբի ներկայացուցիչները։
Հայ դատի յանձնախումբին կողմէ հրապարակուած հաղորդագրութեան համաձայն, հանդիպման ընթացքին քննարկուեցան Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանութեան, Արցախի ժողովուրդի վերադարձի իրաւունքի, վտանգուած հայ մշակութային ժառանգութեան պաշտպանութեան, Պաքուի մէջ գերավարուած հայ պատանդներու ազատ արձակման եւ Միջին Արեւելքի խաղաղութեան հարցերը։
Վեհափառ հօր Թորոնթօ այցելութեան ամբողջական լուսաբանումը պիտի ներկայացուի մեր յառաջիկայ թիւին մէջ։
